2026 October POPAC Challenge
From October 1st to October 31st, the POA will be tracking POPAC activity for each local society.
THE OCTOBER MONEY DRIVE IS ON!
It’s time for our local societies, including our student society, to compete — and there are TWO ways to win!
COMPETITION #1: HIGHEST TEAM CONTRIBUTION
The society that raises the most money throughout October will take the title of Top Local Society Contributor!
COMPETITION #2: HIGHEST TEAM PARTICIPATION
The society with the highest percentage of team members who make a contribution will be crowned Participation Champion!
Rules:
- All money donated in the month of October to POPAC or any local fundraisers including House, Senate, or Governor will count for your local society. For non-PAC donations, you must email Jean@POAEYES.org with proof of donation.
- To encourage monthly giving, if someone signs up for it, we will count the dollars they pledge for the remainder of 2026 (October, November, and December) toward their October amount.
- For those who are currently giving monthly donations, only their October contribution will be counted, unless they increase the monthly amount (then all 3 months will count).
- The winners in each category will be announced in the Keystoner, by email, and on social media. The prizes will be to have the honor, the glory, and an extra drink ticket for each member of the winning societies at the next POA Spring Congress in Lancaster next year (2027).
- All state laws governing PAC contributions apply.
- Any disputes that may arise will be resolved by a vote of the active committee members of the POPAC fundraising committee.
