ABOUT DR. CONWAY:
Dr. Nora Conway graduated from the Pennsylvania College of Optometry at Salus University with a Doctor of Optometry degree in 2014. In 2020, she completed a residency in Pediatrics, Vision Therapy, and Rehabilitation through Pacific University in Manitoba, Canada. In 2021, she opened the Keystone Vision Development Center in Ebensburg, PA, where she treats patients of all ages with binocular vision problems.
Dr. Conway is a member of the Optometric Vision Development & Rehabilitation Association and is currently working toward her fellowship. She was awarded Southwestern Pennsylvania Young Optometrist of the Year in 2018 and 2022, and was named Optometrist of the Year in 2025.
She is a past president and active member of the local Southwest Optometric Society and the Pennsylvania Optometric Association. Additionally, she serves as a member of the Children’s Vision Care Alliance Committee.
