Sports Vision Training

Dr. Jennifer Stewart is an optometrist, internationally recognized speaker, writer, consultant, and entrepreneur. 

Sports vision is one of the largest growing specialties in eye care. Working with athletes of all ages is extremely rewarding and a great opportunity for a practice to differentiate itself and generate additional revenue. 

Attendees of this course will learn how to turn their dream of starting a sports vision practice into a reality by learning about athlete evaluation, training plan design, marketing strategies, and current sports eyewear safety standards. The need for sports vision training in youth and adult populations will be discussed, along with the different visual and cognitive skills used, what technology is available today, and how best to formulate a sports vision training program.

This course will not be submitted to COPE; it will be accepted by the PA State Board of Optometry for license renewal. If you hold a license in another state, please check with your State Board prior to registering.
