Exhibitor Opportunities
On behalf of the Pennsylvania Optometric Association, I would like invite you to join us at our Annual Congress at the Kalahari Resort in Mount Pocono, PA from April 3-6, 2025. We are looking forward to an outstanding mix of education, business and exhibits, and hope that you will join us. Our last meeting at the Kalahari had an outstanding attendance of doctors, staff and guests. The Kalahari is a family-friendly venue with the largest water park on the East Coast and we encourage your representatives to bring their families along.
Exhibit hours are scheduled on Friday, April 4 from 4:30-6:00 p.m. with our opening reception and Saturday, April 5 from 7:00-8:15 a.m. with a continental breakfast, a coffee break from 10:10–10:40 a.m., and from 12:30-2:15 p.m. with lunch. Set up is Friday, April 4 from 1:00-3:00 p.m. We’re going to pack the time with plenty of opportunities for you to interact with the attendees by providing food, drinks and prizes in the hall. Space assignments will be based on POA’s Criterion for Booth Location which includes Business Partner membership, past Congress participation, double vs. single booth purchase, date of receipt of registration and requests for proximity to related companies.
We are also planning some great social events including our awards program, our President’s Reception, and a golf outing at Mt. Airy Resort (just down the road) on Thursday morning. We encourage your representatives to attend all of these events to socialize with our members, staff and guests.
